Return Policy
Please read the following return policy for each type of artwork:
1. Paintings
- Eligibility for Return: You may return the painting within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is not damaged. The return is only accepted if the painting is in the same condition as when it was received, without any damage.
- How to Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact me via email at zsoka@zsoka.ca within 14 days of receiving the painting.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the painting if applicable.
- Once the return is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the painting to me. Please ensure the painting is safely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- Refund Process:
- Once the painting is returned in its original condition, I will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after I receive the painting in good condition.
- Damaged Items:
- If the painting is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will assist in arranging a solution or offer a refund if necessary.
2. Artistic Steel Boxes
- Eligibility for Return: You may return the steel box within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is not damaged. The return is only accepted if the steel box is in the same condition as when it was received.
- How to Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact me via email at zsoka@zsoka.ca within 10 days of receiving the steel box.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the box if applicable.
- Once the return is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the steel box to me. Be sure to pack it securely to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Refund Process:
- Once the steel box is safely returned in its original condition, I will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Damaged Items:
- If the steel box is damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately with photos of the damage. I will help you resolve the issue or offer a refund if applicable.
General Information
- Delivery and Shipping:
As each piece is unique and often heavy, delivery arrangements must be made via email before purchase. I will work with you to determine the best method for shipping each piece.

Art Experience on Steel – Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Payment
- You can reserve a spot for the 90-minute Art Experience by booking online.
- For two-person bookings, payment can be made at the door, right before the class begins.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.
- This policy helps me prepare and offer your spot to someone else who might be waiting!
3. No Shows / Late Arrivals
- If you don’t show up or arrive late, the class will go ahead as planned, and no refund will be issued.
- Running late? Just send me a quick message—I’ll do my best to make it work within the remaining time.
4. If I Cancel or Reschedule
- If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule—whichever you prefer.
